If you haven't noticed. There are plenty of great body building supplements these days. This should help encourage the dismissal of body building steroids. I can't imagine why anyone would want to resort to these in this day and age. Not with all we know. Anyone with half a brain can tell you that body building steroids destroy your body and alter your moods. There was a great special on body building steroids on MTV a while back. It depicted a young man in his 20s, who had decided to take body building steroids with his regular weight training in order to get bigger. This mistake sadly had a bizarre effect on him. One morning he woke up and just felt like committing suicide. He didn't really know why, but he didn't question it either. It was cool with him. After downing a bottle of pills, he came to his senses. He then freaked out and called poison control. What an idiot! This is a prime example of how body building steroids altered his mood and perception of things. If that isn't serious, I don't know what is.

As opposed to taking regular body building steroids, why not consume weight lifting supplements. This is a great way to give yourself that additional edge for bodybuilding and weight training. You can get that physique you've always dreamed of. You just need to go about it in the prudent fashion. Avoid body building steroids at all costs.
