UFO Flying Saucers

UFO Flying Saucers

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird. No, it's a plane. It's a UFO? For many years, people have seen strange and unfamiliar things in the sky. These contraptions don't have wings or have tails and appear to be faster than any known fighter aircraft.

The numerous sightings have given birth to Ufology which is the study of unidentified flying objects. A lot of work has been put into this which has made researchers classify something seen in the air into certain categories.

UFOs are often associated with the form of a saucer. This is very common and can also look like a toy top which can be seen clearly during the day or in the early evening. This was featured in movies such as War of the Worlds, television shows such as V and the space ship of Marvin the Martian in Bugs Bunny.

Though these are very entertaining, there are witnesses who claimed that these exist. There are also some that have been photographed and caught on camera which is very difficult not to believe.

UFOs have been detected using radar which has prompted the air force to send in interceptors to investigate. The pilots are surprised to see a spherical shaped aircraft moving quickly in the sky.

On the ground in the country or in the suburbs, people have also seen these moving quickly illuminating the evening sky. The lights on these space craft also flash or change colors. Those who have seen the footage will notice that the UFOs can travel and change direction quickly.

UFOs come in all shapes and sizes. Another popular one is a triangle with lights on the edges that was featured in the hit show the X-files. Others have reported sightings in the shape of a cigars, spheres, cylinders, domes and chevrons.

There are also other ways to classify a UFO and this doesn't always mean that they have to appear in the form of a flying saucer. There are those who can classify these strange flying objects if they are stationary or moving in the sky.

Some of the so called flying saucers that are seen by people can be explained. They could have been weather balloons, a kite or simply imagination with the way the clouds were formed that day.

Though this can account for 50 ?90 percent of the sightings, this doesn't explain the remainder. This has prompted researchers and those who believe in extra-terrestrial life to keep looking at the sky to prove that flying saucers are here and there is another being out there in the universe.
